Gbridge is a free software that lets you control PCs, sync folders, share files and chat easily through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) using Google Talk services. This software works pretty much like LogMeIn Hamachi except that it uses your Google Account profiles to login into the network.
To get started just download and install the software on both PCs you would like to link and enter your Google Account username and password.
Gbridge allows you to see and download remote files from anywhere in the world from a PC installed with the software. The SecureShare feature let you download your files using a web browser while DesktopShare gives you remote desktop access to of your desktop. Apart from that you can also perform synchronization and backup between two PCs connected to Gbridge.
I've been using Gbridge for a while now and the major downside of this software is the download speed especially for large file sizes. Gbride works great if you want to download small Word, HTML or text documents but for music, apps or movies, the download time could take forever (okay more like 1-2 days) not unlike Hamachi. Download Gbridge for Windows from here.
