Smashing Magazine is a wonderful site for aspiring web designers looking for inspirations, tutorials, fonts, tools and some really useful tips for designing an excellent website or blog.
If I am a boss of some company looking to create my very own website I'd go to Smashing Magazine, close my eyes and randomly pick any one of the hundreds of beautiful web designs featured at the site and tell my web developer "I want our website to look like this.."
